Discover the progress highlights of the Metal Park Project during August 2023
As of August 2023, The Metal Park Project has achieved significant milestones in its development.
In Plot 1, activities such as soil improvement, backfilling and compaction, PCC casting, and the application of bitumen for PCC have been successfully carried out. Footing casting is complete with steel and shutter for the footing in place, and bitumen applied. We have also progressed with steel and shutter for the neck column, external road backfilling and compaction, and have started excavation for the underground water tank along with necessary dewatering.
Similarly, in Plot 2, we have wrapped up backfilling and compaction, PCC casting, and application of bitumen for PCC and footing. Neck column casting is complete, and we've initiated PCC below the tie beam, with steel and shutter for the tie beam underway. External road backfilling and compaction are also complete, and excavation for the underground water tank, along with dewatering, is in progress. With these advances, we are on a robust path towards completing the project by early 2024.
