The aluminum market of Thailand is valued at 5,800 million USD in 2023. It is forecast to continue to increase, starting in 2024, at a 10.3% CAGR and valued at 12,190 million USD in 2030.

According to the Office of Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, although Thailand imported aluminium in 2023 20.74% less than the value of 2022, that number has increased in 2024.

Thailand’s aluminum import in the first quarter of this year is 11.22% higher than the year 2023 when compared to the same period of last year while the aluminum product import is 13.94% higher. This indicates the rising demand for the smart materials.
