November 2023

Discover the progress highlights of the Metal Park Project during November 2023

As of November 2023, the Metal Park Project has achieved significant milestones, focusing on four key areas of progress:

  1. Above 40% Completion of Phase One: The project has reached a pivotal point, with over 40% of the first phase completed. This progress is a testament to the dedicated work of the team and effective project management, highlighting the project's steady advancement towards its goals.
  2. Early Storage Completion in Plot 2: In Plot 2, the project team has successfully completed the construction of early storage facilities ahead of schedule. This achievement not only demonstrates efficiency in project execution but also enhances the plot's operational readiness for subsequent development phases.
  3. Steel Structure Installation in Plots 1 & 2: A major development has been the installation of steel structures in both Plot 1 and Plot 2. This crucial phase involves precise and careful arrangement of steel components and shutters for the foundation, followed by the casting of footings. The completion of this stage lays a solid foundation for the vertical construction and further structural developments in both plots.
  4. Infrastructure Development in Plots 1 & 2: Significant strides have been made in the infrastructure development of both plots. This encompasses the construction of underground tanks, meticulous backfilling, and compaction activities to strengthen the foundations, and the ongoing construction of boundary walls. These efforts are critical for ensuring the long-term durability and integrity of the structures, as well as for defining and securing the project's perimeters.

As we progress toward the end of 2024, the Metal Park Project continues to demonstrate robust and efficient advancements in its construction and development. The team remains committed to maintaining this momentum, ensuring that the project stays on track for its anticipated completion.
