October 2023

Discover the progress highlights of the Metal Park Project during October 2023

As of October 2023, The Metal Park Project has continued to advance, achieving substantial progress in the critical development of its infrastructure.

In Plot 01, infrastructure development has made significant strides: the footing has been reinforced with steel and shuttering, culminating in the successful pouring of concrete. The construction of the neck columns is progressing efficiently, and tie beam works are being conducted with precision to ensure the necessary structural stability. The erection of ground floor columns and the commencement of the first-floor level slab works have established a solid base for the vertical expansion of the project.

Furthermore, we have seen the completion of the intricate detailing of the underground tanks' wall rebar and shuttering works, aligning with the scheduled external development works. Backfilling and compaction activities have been meticulously carried out to reinforce the foundations of the erected structures, and boundary wall construction is in progress to define and safeguard the confines of the plot.

In Plot 02, infrastructure development has expanded with the initiation of steel structure installation, furthering the plot's development. The initial phases have been conducted with an emphasis on precision, starting with the arrangement of steel and shuttering for footing and advancing to the subsequent casting of the footing. The construction of neck columns and tie beams has been achieved, supporting the ground-floor columns that have been erected and paving the way for the initiation of first-floor level slab works, thus facilitating the upward construction of the structures.

The underground tanks are now fortified with durable raft works, designed to enhance their longevity. Alongside these efforts, the external works are being managed harmoniously with the principal construction activities. Backfilling and compaction are being executed to ensure a robust foundation, while the boundary wall works are being meticulously carried out to establish a secure perimeter. The steel structure installation in Plot 02 is progressing, ensuring that the framework of the structures will be resilient and robust.

With these comprehensive developments, The Metal Park Project is on a clear path towards its timely completion, anticipated for early 2024.
