In Plot 01, considerable work has been undertaken: steel and shutter have been applied for footing, followed by the successful casting of the footing itself. The neck column works are progressing, with tie beam works underway to ensure stable structural support. The erection of ground floor columns and initiation of the first-floor level slab works have laid a foundational framework for the upward construction.
Simultaneously, attention is being paid to the intricate detailing of the underground tanks' wall rebar and shutter works, while ensuring that the surrounding external works are advancing as per schedule. Backfilling and compaction activities are being executed to fortify the stability of the constructed structures, and boundary wall works are being undertaken to demarcate and secure the perimeter of the plot.
In a parallel vein, Plot 02 has also seen substantive development. The preliminary stages have been meticulously completed from the statement of steel and shutter for footing, and the consequent casting of the footing to neck column and tie beam works.
